INVESTORS: Oppenheimer & Co. broker Anthony Joseph accused of breach of fiduciary duty, breach of contract, and conversion among other forms of misconduct.

Anthony Joseph Manougian (CRD: 2293270) is registered as a broker and investment adviser with Oppenheimer & Co., where he’s been employed since 2013. Manougian was previously registered as a broker with Morgan Stanley from 2007 to 2012.

Manougian has four disclosures on his BrokerCheck report. Two customer disputes filed against Manougian were denied.

May 2012-December 2012 (at Morgan Stanley) December 2012-May 2022 (at Oppenheimer).

Broker Comment: I at all times conducted myself in an appropriate and professional manner. I deny all allegations of wrongdoing, and intend to vigorously defend myself against the false, unwarranted and unsubstantiated allegations.
