- Broker Comment: In order to avoid the costs of uncertainties of litigation, Morgan Stanley agreed to pay claimant $35,000.00 in full and final settlement of any and all claims asserted by Claimant in this proceeding. Registered representative received an unsolicited order from a new client to purchase a municipal bond. Registered representative did not solicit the client or recommend the municipal bond that was purchased.
