Investigation: Walter Joseph Marino, formerly of Lincoln Investment

The Sonn Law Group is investigating claims related to Walter Marino (FINRA CRD Number: 2121623).

Walter Joseph Marino was recently named a respondent in a FINRA complaint alleging that he recommended unsuitable replacements (also known as exchanges) of non-qualified variable annuities to two customers without having a reasonable basis for recommending the transactions resulting in benefits to him and substantial financial harm to his customers.

The complaint alleges that Marino received commissions of approximately $60,000 from the unsuitable transactions.

This is not the first time the Marino has been the subject of a custom complain through FINRA. Since his career in the financial services industry began in 1993, Marino has been the subject of 12 different customer disputes.
