The Callable Leveraged CMS Spread Market-Linked Certificates of Deposit Maturing July 29, 2031 are a specific type of callable market-linked time deposit offered by Citibank that offers the potential for periodic income based on the performance of the CMS Spread (as defined below) and has a maturity of twenty years.
