Brian Pastor, Esq. is a partner at Sonn Law Group, where he focuses on complex commercial and securities litigation.
Mr. Pastor brings a strong foundation in both accounting and law to his practice, providing clients with a sophisticated understanding of financial disputes and litigation strategy. He began his legal career at prominent Atlanta-based law firms, including Sutherland Asbill & Brennan LLP and Alston & Bird LLP, where he handled high-level commercial litigation matters. He later founded his own practice, continuing to represent clients in complex business and securities-related disputes.
Mr. Pastor earned his Juris Doctor, summa cum laude, from the University of Florida College of Law, where he graduated first in his class. During law school, he was an Executive Editor of the University of Florida Law Review and was inducted into the Order of the Coif. He received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting, cum laude, from the University of Florida.
He is admitted to practice in Georgia and Florida.
