Paul Anthony Falcon (CRD# 2464566) is a currently registered broker. Since 2013, Mr. Falcon has been a registered representative with Aegis Capital Corp. based in Miami, Florida. Mr. Falcon’s BrokerCheck profile contains six disclosures — all customer disputes filed against him — since 1999.

The most recent customer dispute was filed on December 19, 2018. It alleges negligence, breach of contract, and breach of fiduciary duty over an unspecified time frame and has requested $1 million in damages.

Of the five other customer disputes filed against Mr. Falcon, four have been settled. The total damages paid out across those four is approximately $230,000, with most of that coming from a single dispute alleged in April 2017. That complaint alleged unsuitable investment recommendations, unauthorized trading, excessive trading, and poor performance of overall portfolio during the time between August 1, 2013, and February 1, 2016.

One additional complaint was filed in April 2016 alleging unsuitable investment recommendations and poor performance of overall portfolio over the same time period and requesting approximately $190,000 in damages. It was closed and no action was taken.

The earliest disclosure, from 1999, indicates that the complaint was filed after Mr. Falcon left Citicorp, the firm with which he was working at the time. It notes that he was never contacted by Citicorp nor asked to respond to the matter.
