INVESTORS: Wells Fargo broker Andrew Fredric Perry was named in a customer dispute alleging unsuitability and misrepresentation.

Andrew Fredric Perry (CRD: 1726938) has been registered as a broker with Wells Fargo since November 2022. Previously, Perry was registered as a broker with UBS Financial Services from 2008 until 2022.

Perry has two disclosures on his BrokerCheck report.

Allegations: Time frame: 2017 – Present. Allegations: Claimant’s Counsel alleges unsuitability and misrepresentation regarding an options overlay strategy investment.

Settlement Amount: $300,000.00

Broker Comment: I disagree with and deny all allegations. I am comfortable that this customer was treated fairly, the account was handled properly, and, as always, I acted in the best interests of the client at all times.
