Notably, Richard Hartnett (CRD#: 238990) was suspended from the securities industry on April 3rd, 2019 after he failed to comply with a FINRA arbitration award. While registered, this broker was subject to at least eight different customer complaints — seven of which were settled and one of which resulted in an arbitration panel entering a judgment against him. Most recently, Mr. Hartnett was a representative of Morgan Stanley.

Taryn Hartnett (CRD#: 2511053) was registered as a broker and investment advisor from July 2008 to July 2009. During that time, she was employed at a Morgan Stanley branch office in Columbia, South Carolina.
