Andrew James Anderson (CRD#: 4791069) is a previously registered broker and investment advisor. From 2004 to 2018, Mr. Anderson was employed at PFS Investments in Mansfield, Texas. In addition, Mr. Anderson was also associated with Proequities in Lake Charles, Louisiana for two months in 2018.
Barred Broker: Anthony Anderson Formerly of PFS Investments
As of March 15th, 2019, Anthony Anderson is barred from associating with any FINRA member firm in any capacity. According to BrokerCheck, Mr. Anderson failed to respond to the agency’s requests for information. Under FINRA Rule 9552(h), he is subject to an automatic bar.
Notably, in October of 2017, FINRA reports that Mr. Anderson was cited in relation to a criminal financial issue. Specifically, he was accused of issuing a worthless check. In a comment provided to FINRA, Mr. Anderson stated that the bad check was an accidental oversight.
