Benjamin K. Weldon (CRD# 5311364) is a previously registered broker. From 2011 to 2018, Mr. Weldon was a registered representative with State Farm VP Management based in Exeter, California.

FINRA suspended Mr. Weldon from the industry with a Notice of Suspension letter, dated February 22, 2019, after Mr. Weldon failed to respond to a FINRA request for information. Under FINRA Rule 9552, Mr. Weldon had three months to file a written request to terminate the suspension. Failure to do so results in the suspension automatically converting into a bar effective May 28, 2019.

Mr. Weldon has one additional disclosure on his BrokerCheck profile. A tax lien for $44,420 was entered against him on June 12, 2018. Prior to his employment with State Farm, Mr. Weldon was registered with Ben Weldon Insurance Agency.
