Edward Ralph Conrekas (CRD#: 2962132) is a former FINRA broker. Most recently, Mr. Conrekas was associated with J.W. Cole Financial in Eastvale, CA (2018). Prior to that, this broker was employed at Morgan Stanley in Pasadena, CA (2009 to 2017).

In October of 2017, Edward Ralph Conrekas was terminated by Morgan Stanley after allegations that he violated the brokerage firm’s internal policies. Specifically, Mr. Conrekas allegedly failed to comply with the terms of a revenue sharing agreement that was made with another securities professional — as a result, funds were misallocated.

In August of 2018, the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) named Edward Conrekas as the subject of an investigation. According to BrokerCheck, regulators were reviewing this broker’s discharge from Morgan Stanley.

Under FINRA rules, all registered representatives have a duty to provide documents, records, and testimony to regulators under certain circumstances. The failure to do so hampers investigative efforts and can result in sanctions.

Records indicate that Mr. Conrekas failed to respond to multiple FINRA letters regarding the investigation. As of March 11th, 2019, former Morgan Stanley broker Edward Conrekas has been barred from the securities industry.
