INVESTORS: Former MetLife Securities broker John Dalton Phillips was named in a customer dispute alleging misrepresentations and omissions.

John Dalton Phillips (CRD#: 2796242) was registered as a broker with MetLife Securities from 1999 until 2015. Previously, Phillips was registered as a broker with Park Avenue Securities in 1999.
