The Securities and Exchange Commission has charged Joshua W. Coleman, a former investment adviser (Vesta Advisors LLC) from North Wales, Pennsylvania, with fraud. Coleman is accused of obtaining over $200 million in illicit loan proceeds through a fraudulent scheme that involved forging signatures, lying to clients, and fabricating and altering documents.
