Leonard (Lenny) Charles Kinsman (CRD#2816535) is currently under FINRA investigation for a customer complaint alleging unsuitable investment recommendations, forgery, and falsifying business reports.

Has 22 years of experience with 8 firms, most recently with Wells Fargo Advisors of Staten Island New York (2014 — present). He was employed with Bank of America (20111–2014); Merrill Lynch (2011–2014); and Wells Fargo Advisors of Red Bank, NJ from (2009–2011).

Kinsman has been involved in five customer disputes:

In April 2019, while registered with Wells Fargo Advisors, a client alleged that Kinsman of unsuitable investment recommendations, forgery and falsifying business reports. That case is pending.

Another Wells Fargo client accused Kinsman in October 2016 of misrepresentation. This dispute was settled for $24,000.

A client also alleged misrepresentation and unsuitability in May 2016 for damages in the amount of $500,000. That claim was withdrawn.

In March 2008, while with Citigroup Financial (1999–2008) a client complained about Kinsman’s alleged mishandling of the sale of an auction rate security. That case was settled for over $200,000.

In 1998, while with Royal Hutton Securities Corp., a client filed a dispute against Kinsman because he was unhappy with his account’s performance. The client alleged damages in the amount of $180,000. The case was settled for an undisclosed amount.
