Michael Martino (CRD#: 2579146) is currently registered as a broker with Four Points Capital Partners, where he has been employed since 2011. Martino has previously been registered with Emerson Bennett & Associates, VTR Capital, Inc., and Monroe Parker Securities, Inc., all of which have since been expelled by FINRA.

- Allegations: Customer alleges that between 2016 and 2019 rep provided poor advice on prospective trades in which customer lost funds.

- Broker Comment: Account was a legacy account from a previous representative no longer with firm. Representative denies any and all wrongdoing in connection with the allegation.
June 2017 Customer Dispute

- Allegations: Inappropriate trades and trades not in the best interest of the customer.

- Broker Comment: Inherited an account from a registered representative that left the Firm that declined in value. I was not the broker of record during the period of the alleged wrongdoing. I deny all allegations as to me.

- Allegations: Firm alleges Martino was planning on leaving the firm and when they looked for his customer books they were no longer on the premises. Firm alleges Martino also took a customer book that belonged to a broker who is still employed at the firm. The firm further alleges Martino was acting in concert with other representatives to systematically divert the firm’s customers away from the firm while still employed by the firm.
