FINRA Bars Former LPL Financial Broker Philip Nalesnik for Outside Business Activity

From 2008 to 2018,  Mr. Nalesnik was registered with LPL Financial in Pottsville, Pennsylvania.

Mr. Nalesnik was terminated with his position at LPL following allegations that he engaged in outside business activities and failed to “timely and completely” respond to Firm inquiries.

After LPL filed a Form U5 Termination Notice, FINRA began an investigation into Mr. Nalesnik’s conduct. During the course of its investigation, FINRA requested information from Mr. Nalesnik under FINRA Rule 8210.

Mr. Nalesnik chose not to provide the requested documents, prompting FINRA to bar him from the industry (Letter of Acceptance, Waiver and Consent No. 2018059313701).
