Renee Altamirano (CRD#: 5644156) is a previously registered broker and investment adviser.
From 2014 to 2018, she was a representative of LPL Financial in Hot Springs Village, Arizona. Ms. Altamirano was terminated by LPL after allegations that she violated Firm policy regarding outside business activities.
Specifically, she was accused of selling merchandise on eBay, some of which belonged to LPL (Letter of Acceptance, Waiver and Consent No. 2018058102601).
During FINRA’s investigation into her conduct, the regulator requested that Ms. Altamirano appear for on the record testimony under FINRA Rule 8210.
When Ms. Altamirano declined to do so, she violated FINRA Rule 8210, prompting FINRA to bar her from the industry.
