Kalos Capital Advisor Darren Kubiak (CRD#:1239086) has two pending complaints alleging sales practice violations, including one involving GPB funds.

Kubiak has 29 years of industry experience with seven firms, most recently with Kalos Capital Inc. of Lawrenceville, GA (2007-present); Questar Capital of Lawrenceville, GA (2006–2007); Allianz USA of Lawrenceville, GA (2005–2006); and Signator Investors of Boston, MA (2005–2005).

A customer filed a pending claim in July 2019 alleging Kubiak made unsuitable investments, for sales commenced from 2012–2017. The client is requesting damages of 495,368.50.

In June 2019, claimants alleged that from 2014–2018, they invested about $170,000 in GPB funds which they claim were unsuitable, and that Kubiak provided them with misleading information regarding their investments. The claim is pending with requested damages in the amount of $500,000.00.
