Mark Cramer (CRD#:1313587)consented to the sanctions and to the entry of findings that he forged a customer’s signature on an application to purchase a variable annuity and on other documents associated with opening an IRA while associated with a member firm.
The findings stated that the versions of the variable annuity application and account opening documents signed by the customer in February 2017 were outdated. Cramer then submitted those documents to his firm for processing, causing the firm’s books and records to be inaccurate.
The sanctions imposed by FINRA include

- a $5,000 fine.
Also included on Cramer’s BrokerCheck report is the customer dispute containing similar allegations. The dispute was settled for $456,990.
Prior to his employment with MML Investors Services, Cramer was assocated with MSI Financial Services from 1984 until 2017.
