Timothy Johnson (CRD# 5701828) is a previously registered broker and investment advisor. From 2015 to 2017, Mr. Johnson was a registered representative with Suntrust Investment Services based in Atlanta, Georgia. After that, he was employed with MML Investors Services, LLC for just one year, based in Lawrenceville, Georgia.

Mr. Johnson’s BrokerCheck profile reveals that on June 8, 2019, he was discharged from MML following an investigation into allegations that Mr. Johnson diverted customer funds for his own use.

According to the BrokerCheck report, there are no other disclosures in Mr. Johnson’s history. He has been in the securities industry since 2009, where he started with Pruco Securities in Charlotte, North Carolina. From there, he worked at Essex National Securities (2011) and PNC Investments (2011–2015) before working with Suntrust and then MML.
