Travis Lippmann (CRD#: 5908823) is currently registered with Joseph Stone Capital in New York, New York. Previously, he was employed by Newbridge Securities from March 2017 until April 2019.
Earlier in his career, Lippman was employed by the firms Global Arena Capital Corp., and John Carris Investments. Both of those firms have been expelled by FINRA since his employment ended.
Lippmann has three customer disputes listed on his BrokerCheck report.
January 2020 – The claimant alleged breach of fiduciary duty, unsuitable investments, misrepresentations, and negligence. The claimant is seeking $450,000 and the matter is still pending. Lippmann denies the allegations in their entirety.
August 2019 – The claimant alleged unsuitable recommendations, citing reasonable basis suitability, customer-specific suitability, and over-concentration, material misrepresentations and omissions, and negligence. The claimant also alleged that Lippmann’s employer was liable under respondeat superior for failing to supervise Lippmann. The claimant is seeking $200,000 and the matter is pending. Lippmann also denies these allegations.
May 2017 – The claimant alleged misrepresentations, suitability, and failure to follow. The matter was settled for $34,000.
